The company

Loftus Overseas Management (LOM) is a leading group in the creation of turnkey theme park projects. Initially based in Europe, the company transferred its headquarters to Hong Kong in order to provide global services for amusement park and leisure activity projects.

LOM is a theme park developer offering services in financial engineering, construction and management of cultural and amusement park projects.

From market studies, through design, to the financial planning of attractions, the company provides clients with all pre-investment feasibility studies for each site. We can also build turnkey parks and deliver them within given timescales and projected budgets.

As a developer, LOM also offers a global service that includes:

Theme park blueprints and engineering
Help with project management and/or project management for the construction of a park
The creation and scenography of attractions
The manufacture and implementation of attractions and scenery
The scenography and implementation of special effects
Consulting and management services for leisure infrastructures (audits, training, management)

Our Set Up

The LOM Group is made up of specialists working in 3 principal poles of excellence:

Innovation and creation - bringing together engineers, architects and designers.
Construction – bringing together site managers, set decorators, technicians and quality control services.
Management - bringing together project management, advertising, managers, procurement and human resources.

These three ‘action centres’ can be found in each of the Group's companies and, where required, can constitute a project task force made up of a diverse group of skilled people who all talk the same language.
